Literacy
The Rotary Club of Gilmer, TX is a strong advocate of literacy. Specifically, we support the Upshur County Literacy Program.
During December of 2006, the Rotary Club of Gilmer traveled around throughout the the county’s school districts and donated dictionaries to students. (see Pictures below.)
